We engaged the services of Jennifer McKenna for a period of just over 3 months (Jan – April 2021) to help maintain awareness around The Osprey Hotel and its new ballroom as a destination to the MICE market. We were in the process of recruiting for a full time candidate so Jennifer was well positioned to step in and support the sales function for that interim period. She took the time to visit and understand our business. She assisted with contacting past customers, refining our database and making contact with potential clients. We were very pleased with the work that Jennifer did for us and would have no hesitation in recommending her for similar work. She represented The Osprey with professionalism and enthusiasm and although the industry was struggling through the pandemic, she followed the brief and did a superb job in a time where corporate travel and meetings were decimated.
